Grilled ribs with pineapple BBQ sauce ingredients
ingredients
MEAT
- 2large ribs
- 1 tbspcane sugar
- 2 tspsalt
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tsponion powder
- 1 tspmustard powder
- 2 tsppaprika powder
- 1 tsppepper
Pineapple BBQ sauce
- 50 gresh pineapple
- 1 tspdijon mustard
- 1 tspsmoked paprika
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 2 tspcumin, ground
- 3–4 tspbalsamic vinegar
- 30 gcane sugar
- 20 gmolasses
- 2 tspworcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsptomato puree
- 100 gketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
MEAT
1Mix the dried spices and massage well into the meat. Wrap the ribs in cling film and put in a cool place overnight.
2The next day heat up the grill, wrap ribs in aluminium foil – that’s how popular the meat is – juicy and cooked through.

Pineapple BBQ sauce
1Finely mash the pineapple and put it in a pot with all the ingredients.
2Let the mixture simmer at medium heat for a few minutes.
3When the BBQ sauce thickens a little, add a little water.
