Basil Hummus Dip

  • 2 bunches basil
  • 175 g hummus (ready-made)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 80 gpomegranate seeds
  • salt to taste

Preparation

1 Remove the basil leaves from the stems.

2 Whisk the hummus, basil and crème fraîche with a hand blender.

3 Pomegranate seeds to garnish.
