Basil Hummus Dip
Basil Hummus Dip
- 2 bunches basil
- 175 g hummus (ready-made)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 80 gpomegranate seeds
- salt to taste
Preparation
1 Remove the basil leaves from the stems.
2 Whisk the hummus, basil and crème fraîche with a hand blender.
3 Pomegranate seeds to garnish.
